I accompanied my sister yesterday to Northgate X-ray Clinic, I was very pleasantly surprised by how efficient and satisfying her appointment was, from reception staff through to the medical staff, they were polite and understanding of my sister being nervous. I would highly recommend Northgate to anybody, it is an exceptional place with exceptional staff.

Had great experience with my son here. The staffs especially the radiographers have better courteous and quite friendly. I advise you to book appointments here so as not to wait for a long time.

The clinic is very clean and well maintained.

I want to thank the staff at Northgate X-ray. I am writing on behalf of myself and my parents. They absolutely love the x-ray clinic. They go there for their cortisone injections and are very happy with the professional treatment and courtesy that they receive.
My mother called to tell me that the clinic called them and asked how they were doing. Cindy was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and after listening to my Mom’s complaints that they were feeling quite a bit of pain, she advised that they were due for a follow up and booked both their appointments.
As a daughter of elderly parents, I look after their most of their appointments and knowing that the Northgate x-ray Clinic called them first, makes my life a whole lot easier, one less appointment(s) that I have to worry about. With the medical field being so busy these days, this is the first time that an X-ray Clinic called them directly to follow them and for that I want to send them a huge THANK YOU!!
